the traditional Mexican style house and lovely garden area created a charming and relaxing atmosphere. the hammocks in the rooms were a delightful touch, and the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Jesus, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a map of the local area. He gave us great advice on nearby restaurants and activities. the private room we booked turned out to be a huge family room, which was a pleasant surprise. the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the convenience of having a secure place to park our scooter inside the property.
Nothing not to love 😊

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt safe and comfortable. the traditional Mexican style house was beautifully decorated and the garden area was so peaceful. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and enjoying the tranquility. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities like air conditioning and fans. the host provided us with a map of the local area and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the center of town.
The wifi only worked in the garden, not in the rooms. This was a bit inconvenient as we had to go outside to use the internet.

We got fantastic value for our money! The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center and the beautiful Zaci cenote. The staff treated us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The breakfast option could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or fresh local ingredients to make it more appealing.

Great A/C and WIFI throughout the property. Safe parking in the yard. - Walking distance to the center and a nearby cenote.
The hot water was not consistent. The room for four people felt a little cramped.

Spacious studio with kitchen, gas stove. Perfect location - calm green garden. Great common area - sadly out of season. Host went above and beyond, attending Nights of Kukulkan. Bikes available for rent. Small breakfast provided. Good AC, fans. Hot water, soap, shampoo. Safe parking. Close to center, cenote Zaci. Beautiful room with kitchen and hammock. Reachable by foot. Interesting shops, easy access to Chichen Itza, cenotes. Recommended for everyone in the area.
